Appointments to Outside Bodies

Councillors are appointed to sit on a wide range of outside bodies from trusts and charities to consultative or advisory organisations. A review of councillors’ appointment to these bodies will be getting underway shortly. The review panel will focus on the appointments process, what constitutes an outside body and the duties of councillors representing the council on these bodies.
