Item Called-in: Minute No. E12, Woodland / Green Burials.
Called-in by: Cllr Perkins
Recommendation: That the decision was not taken with consideration to a relevant matter. There were concerns about the nature and design of the proposed site as copses of trees were not relative to graves, and that the land that used to host Eddington Lane Nursery was considered dispensable.
It was resolved that the decision be accepted and not referred back to the Executive.

Item Called-in: Minute No. E53, Review of Markets
Called-in by: Cllr Perkins
Recommendation: That the decision regarding the relocation of the markets should be reconsidered by the Executive due to a lack of proper consultation with members and the public, and to consider legal advice given in regard to Whitstable market.
Executive action: That, notwithstanding the concerns of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, the decision as set out at Minute No E53(b) not be changed.

Item Called-in: Minute No. E160, proposed beach volley ball area, victoria recreation ground, Canterbury.
Called-in by: Cllr Dye
Recommendation: These reasons related to the rights of the citizens of Canterbury, the lack of alternative sites investigated for this facility, the lack of information and retain on the officers file, the effect on the Council’s finances and the need to protect open spaces.
Executive action: It was resolved that That the decision of the Executive at Minute No E160 relating to the proposed beach volleyball area, Victoria Recreation Ground, Canterbury not be referred back to the Executive for reconsideration.
